Millions of women have fought unbelievable battles with cancer. We understand that life is not always fair because so many have lost that battle, and their family's heartache lingers forever. Others have been blessed to experience another sunrise, living each tomorrow with a truly unique understanding of what each precious breath means. It is for some of these women who are fighting the good fight, who must face tomorrow's battles, that the PPTC Foundation was formed.

There is no adequate way to describe the financial and emotional strains on these women and their families. Even with the help of insurance to cover the huge costs of treatment and medicines, the pain, lost wages, spouses trying to do all they can to alleviate the stress, the wear and tear on the spirit. .. is beyond overwhelming.

Our only mission is to give these women a gift of joy, to offer them a respite from the suffocating stress of fighting this disease. To help them enjoy life in a way that perhaps they have never had a chance to do before and doing what we can to bring a smile to their faces.

For some, they would love to just enjoy a day at the spa, a concert, going to an art gallery, a wine tasting, participate in a cooking school, or anything else that they tell us they want to do. Perhaps they have children who live far away and can't afford to come home for the holidays. Not only will we fly them home but we’ll help with a wonderful holiday dinner as well.  There will be times when these women ask us to just help with some of the bills and we will honor their wishes.  We are here for no other reason than to find a way to help women with cancer and their families enjoy something truly special.

We are parterning with the Pink Pajama Traveling Club to take those who may only have a limited time in life to pursue an adventure which they've dreamed about all their life.  Maybe it's the riding the Amalfi Coast highway, seeing the beauty of the Far East, or maybe they've always wanted to return to the land from which their families embarked generations ago. There will be no end to the wishes and dreams of those who are chosen to journey with us in the months and years ahead, and we will do our very best to make sure it happens.

The PPTC Foundation will offer those women a place and a reason to experience a gift of excitement and happiness.  Wherever or whatever it may be, we only want to help them experience the dreams and the joys of what the light of life can be on the other side of their darkest moments.
